Founded in Montreal in 1985 by Mr. Laurent Bouchard, Association bégaiement communication is a self-help group for adults who stutter and for those interested in stuttering. Its primary goal is to offer a space for support, exchange and mutual aid, and to raise public awareness about stuttering.

ABC is designated as a charity, registered under business number 12027 9609 RR0001.

MISSION:
To provide support to people who stutter with the aim of enhancing their personal, social, and professional development;
To raise public awareness of the challenges faced by people who stutter in order to foster and promote their integration into various areas of activity.

VISION:
To become a reference in Quebec when it comes to adults who stutter, in terms of support, awareness and general information.

VALUES:
Respect: ensuring that our mission is carried out in an atmosphere of respect between individuals, in order to properly welcome and integrate people who stutter into the Association;
Commitment: supporting and encouraging the administrators and members of the Association in their dedication to achieving its mission;
